If I book a tour do I have to pay straight away with my credit card?
Yes. Full payment is required at the time of placing all tour bookings
Is there a surcharge on credit card payments?
All credit card payments will incur a 2% card surcharge.
Do you offer vegetarian food on your tours?
Most of our tours do not include meals, but where meals are included a vegetarian option is always available.
Can you pick me up from my hotel?
We pick up from many hotels in the City and Southbank areas. Guests who are staying outside these areas will have to travel to one of our pickup locations to join their tour.
Can I bring luggage on board the coach?
Our touring vehicles have minimal storage space. Please keep luggage to no more than a day pack for all single-day tours.
Can I take a pram on the tour?
Our touring vehicles have minimal storage space. Prams, strollers and other bulky items cannot be accommodated.
What are the requirements for a children’s fare?
Our child fares apply to persons aged between 0-15 years old inclusive.
